Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in subjects such as Toxicology, Chemistry, or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a regulatory role, with a working knowledge of chemicals/chemistry
  • Have a solid knowledge of Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations
  • Thorough knowledge and in-depth understanding of regulatory principles and guidelines
  • Active communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong ability to recognize IP and other different waterlines
  • Ability to prepare and submit reports to required deadlines
  • Ability to engage with a broad range of stakeholders including manufacturing, technical and logistics teams 
  • Ability to effectively lead yourself and effectively contribute in a global and virtual team environment
  • Ability to travel up to 10%

This position requires access to export-controlled areas and information. Candidates must be "U.S. persons" as that term is defined in 8 USC §1324b(a)(3).
