Clean Energy Sales Operations
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and minimum of 1 year of inside sales/customer support experience, OR a minimum of 3 years inside sales experience
- Experience working with internal and external customers (both domestic and international) in a professional manner with a strong focus on process creation and improvement
- Demonstrated knowledge of ERP and CRM systems (e.g. E1, SAP, Salesforce), quality systems, and other supporting systems including generating system reports (order status, shipment reports, etc.)
- Self-motivated and resourceful with a proven ability to work independently, within a team environment, and across cultures and regions
- Effective communication skills (both oral and written) including listening skills
- Flexibility, prioritization, organizational, follow-through and multitasking skills to accommodate a large, complex workload using good judgement to make sound decisions
- Order process management, entering data into internal systems; set up, implement, manage improved order processes; create and manage BA’s, debit notes, credit notes and invoicing where required
- Strong attention to detail
