Compliance Audit Specialist
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors’ or Masters’ degree in accounting, finance or related business field
- Minimum of 5 years internal or external compliance auditing experience, including knowledge and expertise with COSO, internal controls, internal or external auditing standards, and risk-based auditing
- Minimum of 2 years of medical device/pharma industry experience
- Highly motivated, self-starter with the ability to work in a global team with Associates dispersed over regions
- Ability to gather data, analyze risks, understand root cause, develop mitigation plans, and communicate priorities and recommendations to stakeholders
- Organized and detail oriented, with strong project management skills
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills and the ability to convey concepts in a clear and concise manner; Excellent English language skills
- Demonstrated experience in practicing an inclusive work environment with clear understanding of equitable practices and high degree of ethics, integrity, and professionalism
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to travel up to 25%
Desired Qualifications:
- MBA, CPA and/or CIA
- Big 4 or Fortune 500 auditing or compliance
- German, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Mandarin language skills
Remote Working Arrangements are permitted for Associates in the continental United States (US) and Canada, with appropriate approval and compliance with Gore’s remote working policies, from the country in which they are employed.
