Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum 2 years' demonstrated experience in communications or related field (e.g. marketing, journalism, creative writing); OR a minimum 4 years' demonstrated experience in communications or related field (e.g. marketing, journalism, creative writing) with an Associates Degree.
  • Demonstrated experience putting a plan into motion, managing details, seeing it through to completion and achieving desired outcomes
  • Demonstrated solid writing, grammatical and editing skills
  • Knowledge of internal communications concepts and practices
  • Familiarity with packaging content in a variety of ways to engage audiences (e.g. various article formats, fact sheets, infographics, etc.)
  • Intermediate to advanced level experience using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, Publisher, SharePoint, MS Teams and other MS Office programs
  • Exceptional organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously on tight timelines, in a fast-paced environment
  • Success at building relationships and collaborating in a global organization
  • Ability to exercise business judgment regarding the sharing of sensitive information and navigate ambiguity and adapt quickly to change
  • Ability and willingness to travel 20%

Desired Qualifications:

  • Journalistic writing experience
  • Experience with visual storytelling tools, including software such as Photoshop, Canva and InDesign. Experience contributing to video projects (e.g., scripting, interviewing, light editing, etc.) also a plus.
  • Demonstrated project management experience
