Continuous Improvement- / Lean Specialist (f/m/d)
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business or Engineering and several years of experience in improving supply chain and business processes
- Six sigma green belt (black belt preferable) and/or equivalent lean certification
- Demonstrated expertise with a wide range of continuous improvement concepts and tools (Lean concepts, Six Sigma concepts, E2E Supply Chain Optimization, Production systems, Kaizen events, Scrum/Agile) within a supply chain environment
- Excellent project management skills - handling full range of projects in terms of size and complexity
- Strong influencing and problem solving skills - across facilities, functions and businesses
- Strong change management skills - able to help facilitate multiple teams through significant change
- Excellent communication skills - one-on-one, in front of a group and written
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross functional projects and partner with various functional and business teams
- Ability to coach, mentor & build CI capability in others
- Ability to think strategically and work hands on to apply knowledge tactically
- Ability to travel 5%
