Continuous Improvement Specialist (f/m/d) - Lean Manufacturing
Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years operational or manufacturing experience, preferably in a leadership role

Senior experience in developing and implementing Continuous Improvement, Lean, and/or Six-Sigma initiatives in a manufacturing environment
-
Demonstrated application of Lean systems and tools to drive manufacturing improvements
-
Lean or Lean Six Sigma Certification (AME Lean Bronze or higher, ASQ Black Belt or equivalent)
-
Experience in developing content, teaching, and coaching Lean principles
-
Practical experience in Problem Solving with manufacturing teams
-
Experience in application of Scrum to accelerate project execution

Strong analysis, visual thinking and communication skills
-
Fluency in German & English are essential to fulfill the role
