CSM Product Specialist
Required Qualifications:
- BS in Engineering or Science
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a science, engineering, application engineer or product manager role
- Proficiency in English in oral and writing
- Strong analytical, strategic and critical thinking skills as well as sound business acumen
- Excellent interpersonal skills and intercultural experience to support both internal and external stakeholders and customers
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects and influence cross functional teams globally
- Excellent communicator and collaborator
- Proven ability to critically analyze business opportunities and determine their value
- Experience in working in the automotive industry and IATF 16949 Quality Standard
- Ability to travel up to 25%, including international travels
Desired Qualifications:
- Additional training or Master of Business Administration will be valuable
- Demonstrated competency in practicing the five PS waterline responsibilities and using the core tools: Product concepts, product strategy model, FFU, Value Pricing, and Real-Win-Worth (RWW)
