Customer Service(Gore Temp)
About the Role: We are looking for a Customer Service to join our GPS Sales Operations who will partner with Sales Team to support customers in the Mobile Electronic Market.
This role will be located at our facility in South Korea.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Sales Team to provide outstanding customer support
- Communicated effectively with sales people, customers and other key stakeholders
- Create, manage and follow up on quotations
- Manage the end-to-end order process, proactively resolving issues related to Manufacturing plants, logistics, and warehouse
- FCST and Inventory management
- Administer and provide ongoing support for E-Commerce platforms
- Coordinate and balance customer needs at Gore
- Understand and follow established procedures/guidelines
- Assist with Account Receivable collections and support Finance audit
- Provide customer service and phone support as needed
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalents
- Minimum of 5 years of Customer Service experience in B2B environment
- Has experience using CRM and ERP systems (SAP/ Oracle knowledge helpful)
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in both written and spoken English
- Responsible, approachable, and demonstrate strong team collaboration skills
- Positive attitude, fast learner and adaptable to change
- Ability to work independently and perform well under pressure
