Data Analyst
About the Role: We are looking for Data Specialist to be part of Regional Analytics Team supporting AP Analytics activities. In this role, you will be working with various stakeholders utilizing both internal and external data points to generate good and useful data sources that the Analytics Team can work on to provide Business Decision Reports.
This role will be located in our facility in Singapore.
- Support regional field and partner analytics through rigorous data management- facilitating business success by ensuring data availability and accuracy, driving data projects to design and generate crucial information for different business needs and stakeholders where required
- Manage existing data to create consistent structure and improved accuracy, working from multiple data sources to synthesize and generate key datasets for KPI tracking (sales, prices, contracts, etc.)
- Establish rules for data consistency among regions and projects, preparing and distributing reports with key business information, or customer level product usage and contract requirements
- Provide data management on key information related to sales, prices, contracts, special agreements, agreement programs (rebates, admin fees, pricing reviews), customer affiliation and customer grouping in CRM systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
- Support implementation and operation of foundational functional infrastructure such as data pipelines between internal data sources and internal or external data marts
- Plan and execute projects to enable new capability, implement data tools, and design data visualizations for effective communication
- Act as data product owner for one or more capabilities delivered by the team—which include 1) providing support, subject matter expertise, and point of contact for our analytics tools and data assets, 2) driving strong activation and adoption of analytics capabilities, and 3) maintaining operation of platforms
- Work with analytics team stakeholders to understand analytics needs and apply our capabilities to those needs
- Promote best practices for data analysis, management, and insights communication
- Participate on cross-functional teams (internal and external vendors) to facilitate an enhanced understanding of available data, analyses, and systems
Required Qualifications:
- Degree in Data Analytics and/or related areas
- Knowledge of Python, Tableau, Salesforce
- Experience and familiarity with E1, GSP system, Operation Planning process, Cognos and Concur
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools
- Ability to travel about 20% of the time
