HR Advisor / Workflow Coordinator (f/m/d)
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or minimum of 3 years of HR or customer-facing work experience
- Experience with continuous improvement concepts
- Effective influencing and conflict resolution skills with excellent communication, both written and oral
- Practices and is a good role model for Gore culture and our guiding principles
- Demonstrated independent judgment and critical thinking skills to assess and resolve associate needs
- Demonstrated ability to work flexibly in ambiguous situations and is willing to adapt to changing environment
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize, plan, and drive projects to completion
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information
- Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize large and complex workload
- Ability to travel up to 5%
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources and PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent HR certification
- Prior HR Shared Services experience including a demonstrated ability to resolve complex human resource inquiries
- Experience leading continuous improvement activities, including but not limited to, process mapping of workflows, project management, and problem solving
