Required Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Minimum 7 years of professional experience in auditing, accounting, or finance with a minimum 2 years of internal audit experience (regional or global team)
  • Experience using data analytics
  • Knowledge and expertise with COSO, US GAAP, internal controls, IIA Professional Auditing Standards, and risk-based auditing
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) across all levels in the organization along with the ability to manage differing perspectives and influence positive outcomes
  • Excellent relationship skills and client focused mindset; demonstrated influencing skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a complex, dynamic, and fast paced environment with strong inherent project execution skills
  • Ability to travel 25%, including international

Desired Qualifications: 

  • MBA, Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) designations are preferred
  • Big 4 or Fortune 500 Auditing
