Enterprise IT Site Leader Bangalore

Required Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or other technical degree
• Fluent in the English
• A minimum of 7 years experience leading and developing teams
• Demonstrated experience in developing and executing IT strategy
• Technical experience with SAP systems
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing conditions and a track record of delivering outstanding results in new and tough situations.
• Able to communicate Communicates directly and effectively with colleagues to resolve challenges regardless of their role or difference of opinion.
• Ability to travel 15%, if applicable 

    

Desired Qualifications: 

• Experience working with global teams
• Fluent in German, Japanese, or Chinese
