Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, environmental science, engineering, or related field with a minimum of 3 years’ experience with implementation, optimization and sustainment of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, or equivalent EHS management systems.
Experience in working with Occupational Health & Safety requirements and regulations and applying system techniques to improve Health & Safety performance.
Experience applying risk-based decision making to workplace tasks, hazards, or processes
Experience in creating and presenting data and metrics to drive informed business decisions.
Qualified to perform internal management system and compliance audits for ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirements as a lead auditor.
Ability to work across cultures and ability to work in an inclusive, rapidly evolving work environment.
Ability to work and influence virtually across functions and global time zones (Germany, Japan, China).
Ability to work within project timelines, project practices, and apply project tools to achieve desired results.
Strong MS 365/MS Office skills including experience with MS SharePoint, MS Teams.
Ability to travel up to 30% to attend key meetings and conduct audits

Desired Qualifications:

Experience in energy management systems (ISO 50001) and quality management systems (ISO 9001 or similar)
Experience with using digital tools supporting EH&S processes/management systems (e.g. VelocityEHS).
Experience with PowerBi or similar.
