Financial Controller

Required Qualifications:  

• Minimum 3 years of experience leading a Global Accounting Team and minimum 10 years of financial accounting experience
• Recognized accounting qualification, CPA or equivalent
• Large multinational manufacturing organization experience
• Strong US GAAP technical accounting knowledge
• Familiarity with financial regulations and accounting standards while keeping up to date with changes in regulatory requirements
• Adherence to ethical standards and integrity in financial management
• High attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including ability to comfortably interact across functions and teams globally
• Ability to contribute to strategic planning and decision-making
• Ability to travel 5-10% globally

Desired Qualifications: 

• SAP experience is a plus
• Acquisition and divestiture experience is a plus
