Forecast to Plan Workstream Lead – Digital Transformation (f/m/d)
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience on the job
- Minimum of 3 years of planning experience
- Experience in Business Process Management including modeling, analyzing, and optimizing end-to-end business processes to meet strategic goals
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and multicultural skills
- Demonstrated ability to effectively influence leaders and team members, while facilitating discussions with multiple groups / cross-functional team
- Proven track record of delivering results for complex cross-functional or global projects with significant business impact
- Experience in working with users to define and translate needs for a process or system
- Demonstrated ability to use analytical and problem solving skills to challenge assumptions and drive decisions
- Ability to support the global team through early morning and evening calls and ability to travel internationally up to 10%
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with Agile methodology, in implementing software projects and in Business Analysis or Business Process Development
- Experience in the Wire and Cable manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of SAP modules and integration points
