Required Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, Data Science, or Engineering or minimum 5 years experience in sales & marketing system support
  • Recent demonstrated experience integrating with or supporting sales & marketing tools/platforms and technology processes including integration with CRM and ERP (Salesforce and SAP preferred)
  • Prior experience executing governance processes to make decisions, identify risks, and drive issues to resolution, including data governance
  • Demonstrated ability in requirements gathering, mapping data flows within business processes, and aligning to system capabilities
  • Demonstrated experience managing and analyzing data to support sales & marketing processes, metrics, and problem solve by performing detail-oriented work
  • Strong understanding of CRM environment, deployment/continuous improvement methodologies (Agile preferred), and release management
  • Demonstrated ability to influence broadly and to work through ambiguity independently
  • Strong understanding of compliance and legal requirements related to managing sensitive data (GDPR, CCPA, data protection acts, etc.)
  • Demonstrated ability to understand varied audiences, experience working with global teams, and working effectively with diverse groups of associates
  • Ability to travel 15% (working remotely will increase the expectation to travel

 

Desired Qualifications: 

  • Prior experience with design or implementation of CRM, ERP and other sales & marketing related IT systems as well as integrations between these systems
  • Familiarity with data hubs, data warehouses, and data vendors as well as their integrations with CRM
  • Designing data flows within order-to-cash (OTC) processes (process improvement, mapping, and modelling using Visio or ARIS) with knowledge of business process classification frameworks, theories, principles, and practices

 

Remote Working Arrangements are permitted for Associates in the continental United States (US) and Canada, with appropriate approval and compliance with Gore’s remote working policies, from the country in which they are employed. For fully remote roles, the following locations are not eligible for new fully remote work arrangements: Alaska and Hawaii (for all roles), and Rhode Island (for wage/hourly roles only).
