Global Digital Marketing Specialist- PharmBio- Remote
About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Global Digital Marketing Execution Specialist to join our PharmBio marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and managing various digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and drive online engagement. This role requires a hands-on approach to executing digital marketing initiatives, a strong understanding of digital platforms, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
This is a remote position, and you can work from home in most locations within the United States with a preference of being located in the Eastern time zone.
Responsibilities:
- Execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns, including but not limited to search (SEM), display, email marketing, ABM, social media, paid advertising
- Implement email marketing campaigns, including creating and designing emails, segmenting lists, and analyzing campaign performance
- A/B testing to optimize email content and increase engagement
- Plan, schedule, and publish content across various social media platforms
- Support implementation and monitoring of paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, and others, as needed
- Coordinate the distribution of digital content, including blog posts, whitepapers, videos, and other assets, through various channels
- Utilize content management systems and marketing automation tools for efficient content distribution
- Work closely with the core marketing and sales team, key stakeholders, and other teams to ensure cohesive and consistent messaging across all digital channels
- Collaborate with the web development team, agencies and partners to optimize websites, landing pages and overall user experience
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree
- Minimum 7 years experience managing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Minimum 7 years experience with digital marketing tools, including email marketing platforms, social media management tools, and marketing automation platforms
- Minimum 3 years experience managing agency partnerships and vendors
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use and interpret reporting to inform optimization recommendations
- Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills with the ability to navigate complexity, ambiguity, and champion change management; must be able to drive and lead projects
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
Desired Qualifications:
- Marketing experience in a pharmaceutical, medical device, or life sciences industry
Remote Working Arrangements are permitted for Associates in the continental United States (US) and Canada, with appropriate approval and compliance with Gore’s remote working policies, from the country in which they are employed.
