Global Online Customer Education Strategist -Medical-Remote

Required Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience leading and executing broad functional strategy (sales and marketing) within the medical device or healthcare industry
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience leading projects, programs, and/or cross-functional teams within a sales or marketing team
• Proven aptitude in influence management, strategic thinking, and problem solving
• Strong ability to connect people, process, and technology within programs and create a cohesive plan
• Strong strategic thinking and planning skills with a proven ability to align initiatives with broader business objectives.
• Effective presentation and communication skills
• Excellent organization and execution skills
• Ability to communicate effectively across multiple technical and non-technical teams, as well as with other cultures and geographies
• Proven ability to learn new skills and translate them into strategy development and action
• Ability to travel up to 25%

Desired Qualifications: 

• Additional certifications or qualifications in medical education, instructional design, or a related field are looked highly upon
• Previous experience overseeing an adult learning program OR Learning Management System (LMS) within a healthcare environment
