Global Sales and Marketing Leader -Remote
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years successful leadership experience in leading global Sales in technical and regulated B2B markets
- Self-motivated, with a start- up mindset and strong execution skills
- Successful track record of driving substantial sales growth through the sales and market development function at pace
- Proven track record to drive top line growth in both current product/market space and adjacent product/market space with demonstrated ability to influence across businesses and functions and co-create/ implement strategy & execution plans; demonstrated track record of leveraging deep customer & market insight to expand in current segments and adjacencies with our existing products
- Strong leadership skills in functional domain; building team and individual accountability to outcomes; coach and mentor others to be successful and address performance issues effectively; drive and help move decisions at pace in the face of ambiguity
- Proven strategic thinker - specifically around resourcing and defining the most appropriate sales structure, model and support for the sales and Go-to-Market approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong working relationships in and across functions
- Demonstrated good judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problems promptly
- Understand and support Gore Culture and principles
- Ability to travel up to 50%, including some international travel
Desired Qualifications:
- Demonstrated sales success in global pharmaceutical, bioprocessing, and/or medical device manufacturing products and applications
- Scaling and startup experience
- Ability to develop and deliver effective customer agreements with multi year joint deliverables across multi-faceted dimensions of mutual interest
Remote Working Arrangements are permitted for Associates in the continental United States (US) and Canada, with appropriate approval and compliance with Gore’s remote working policies, from the country in which they are employed. For fully remote roles, the following locations are not eligible for new fully remote work arrangements: Alaska and Hawaii (for all roles), and Rhode Island (for wage/hourly roles only).
