Global Technical Leader Aerospace & Defense Business

Required Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering, Physics or other Technical Degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience in New Product or Process Development
• Experience developing and activating visionary technical plans 
• Experience managing near-term priorities and long-term strategic opportunities
• History of success in leading, mentoring and inspiring technical associates in multiple geographies
• Experience interacting with external partners/customers
• Proficiency with Portfolio Management and Technical Road Map Tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional project teams and influence across functions 
• Ability to travel internationally up to 25%

Desired Qualifications: 

• Advance Degree
• Experience in the Defense Industry
• Technology or Large-Scale NPD Development experience
