HCP Interactions Operations Leader (f/m/d) - EMEA Region
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 2 years of demonstrated strong team/people leadership, including the ability to provide constructive performance feedback, build positive relationships, and improve business results
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the medical device, pharmaceutical, or biotech industry
- Demonstrated success influencing internal and external stakeholders in cross-functional environments
- Strong computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills, flexibility, and attention to detail
- Self-direction and motivation
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, including demonstrated collaboration with a diverse range of people and job functions
- Fluent written & spoken language skills in English and at least one of the other following languages: French, Spanish, Italian, German
- Ability to travel up to 10% to achieve business and project objectives
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience related to working with healthcare providers, grants processing, or other similar type transactions
- Experience in leading projects and contract negotiations
- Strong understanding of regulations, standards, and industry terminology related to health care interactions, grants, and medical devices (EucoMed/MedTech)
