Inside Sales Associate
About the Role: We are looking for an Inside Sales Associate to join our Consumer sales team. In this role, you will provide best in class order management services for our laminate and seam tape business received from Brand customers or Factories.
This role will be located in our facility in Korea.
Responsibilities:
- Handle Korean accounts, receive & process orders, contract review, delivery confirmation and customer complaints
- Manage orders effectively & timely in compliance with our Global procedures and agreed service levels
- Collect feedback from factories / customers, identify issues and implement solutions with input of international team
Required Qualifications:
- Good spoken and written Korea and English
- Familiar with multi-team & multi-culture environment
- Familiar with ERP system environment, knowledge of Microsoft office application
- Willing to do hands on work, manual input
- Work under pressure, patience, able to handle with tough customers in good manner
- Work with ambiguity, multi-tasking, independency
- Organized & detail-oriented with strong communication & negotiation skills
- Ability to travel up to 5%
Desired Qualifications:
- Garment or footwear experience is a plus
