IT Business Analyst – Supply Chain

Required Qualifications:  

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a complex environment as IT Business Analyst role
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with fundamental concepts related to Supply Chain
• Experience supporting the full Software Lifecycle Development (SDLC) process
• Experience supporting business and IT governance processes.
• Experience documenting business requirements and technical specifications
• Demonstrated success at global cross functional collaboration and track record of delivering outstanding results in new and tough situations.
• Effectively worked in both agile and waterfall project management methodologies
• Ability to consultant, collaborate, negotiate, and resolve conflicts with business and IT stakeholders to deliver results and meet business objectives
• Ability to effectively navigate ambiguity in a fast paced and dynamic changing environment with the flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines
• Ability to travel 15%

Desired Qualifications: 

• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA), or Agile Analysis Certification (IIBA-AAC)
• Experience with ERP/SAP/MES implementations
