IT Finance Leader
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or business
- Minimum 10 years in a finance and/or business analysis role that includes business modeling experience
- Prior experience in a people leadership role
- Working knowledge of US GAAP
- Highly motivated team player with the ability to bring clarity to ambiguity in a dynamic, complex global environment while respectfully coordinating various cultural gaps
- Demonstrated followership with the ability to effectively lead, network and influence across the organization, including indirect resources and third parties, while holding them accountable for results
- Demonstrated ability to develop sustainable relationships with key business stakeholders at all levels in an organization
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
- Excellent verbal, presentation and writing skills with capability to translate complex information into business impact
- Ability to travel intermittently will be required to participate in meetings (up to 15% per month) based on location
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience working in a value realization or project management office either within industry or consulting
- Applied understanding of planning, distribution, procurement, sales, and finance business process and data technologies
- CPA
