Labware Application Administrator
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in LabWare LIMS administration, configuration/development, and implementation
- Prior experience with Computer System Validation processes
- Experience with complex subroutine development
- Proficiency in relevant programming languages and related component software (i.e., LabWare LIMS Basic, SQL, Crystal Reports), as well as in-depth knowledge of database management, system integration, and IT infrastructure
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Ability to lead projects and partner with global teams and other areas of the Enterprise
- Ability to manage multiple and competing tasks, priorities and demands
- Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment
- Strong ability to communicate effectively with both technical (IT) and non-technical audiences, including the ability to convey complex concepts in a simple manner
- Candidate must be a US person residing in the United States with the ability to travel as-needed, up to 5%
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience managing web applications including, but not limited to, LabWare WebLIMS
- Familiarity with the regulations and standards relevant to the organization's industry, such as GLP, GMP, ISO, or FDA regulations; this includes understanding how these regulations apply to LIMS and data management
- Experience working in a laboratory setting, particularly for understanding user needs, business processes, and Quality Control laboratory workflows
This position requires access to export-controlled areas and information. Candidates must be "U.S. persons" as that term is defined in 8 USC §1324b(a)(3).
