Required Qualifications: 

  • Experience in prioritizing, multi-tasking, and adapting to changes quickly
  • Experience running simple mechanical equipment
  • Good documentation and basic math skills
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated manual dexterity and ability to lift (up to 35 lbs), bend, and inspect for extended periods of time
  • Attention to small details and the ability to make good product decisions
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn more advanced computer applications
  • Commitment to meet or exceed manufacturing schedules and proven ability to be reliable/dependable in performing essential tasks to help meet business deadlines
  • Proven ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Ability and willingness to work overtime

 

Desired Qualifications: 

  • Previous manufacturing or small part inspection experience
  • Proven mechanical aptitude
