Manufacturing Technician
Required Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal and written communication skills
- Attentiveness to detail, good documentation and record keeping skills
- Basic math and computer skills with ability to learn more advanced computer applications
- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude, including experience performing preventative maintenance and rebuilds/changeovers on complex equipment
- Ability to work overtime, weekends, and alternate between shifts to meet business needs
- Ability to lift 35 pounds several times over an 8-hour period; also stand for most of the shift
- Ability to and climb steps as needed
- Ability to identify, conceptualize, and solve problems
- Ability to work effectively independently and in team situations as both a leader and a follower
- Ability to adapt to changes in production schedule and shift to other manufacturing areas (including manufacturing at Cherry Hill) on short notice
Desired Qualifications:
- Tenter frame experience
- Lot allocation capability
- Experience running R&D and working with NPD associates
This position requires access to export-controlled areas and information. Candidates must be "U.S. persons" as that term is defined in 8 USC §1324b(a)(3).
