Manufacturing Technician

Required Qualifications:

• Experience setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment 
• Experience with process documentation (e.g., batch records, process logs)
• Demonstrated effective oral and written communication skills
• Basic computer skills with the ability to learn more advanced systems and manage computer files
• Ability to work overtime and receive training on other shifts to support business needs
• Proven attention to detail with ability to focus on primary commitments while managing multiple priorities
• Demonstrated ability to cross-train and perform a variety of tasks
• Demonstrated ability to effectively work independently, as well as within a team environment while positively influencing others
• Demonstrated ability to rigorously adhere to SOP’s and written work instructions with demonstrated ability to learn new procedure and techniques quickly
• Must be able to lift up to 35lbs, bend, sit, or stand for extended periods of time and pass a visual acuity test where applicable

Desired Qualifications: 

• Previous experience in R&D production and/or process development with the ability to partner with engineering on process improvement
• Demonstrated ability to transact in an MES system (Compass preferred)
