Marketing Communication Associate
About the Role: We are looking for a Marketing Communication Associate to join our Fabrics China marketing team. In this role, you will lead B2C marketing communication strategy and project implementation, including owned and paid social communication. Enhance brand awareness and familiarity through integrated marketing activations.
This role will be located in Gore facility in Shanghai or Beijing, China.
- Develop and implement integrated marketing communication strategies to drive brand awareness and familiarity, engage target audiences, and drive business growth
- Plan, create, manage, and execute multi marketing campaigns (digital, owned/paid social media, event, etc.)
- Lead the creation of engaging messaging and content for various platforms
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and touchpoints
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics and ROI, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional team to align marketing efforts with business objectives
- Develop and manage the marketing communication budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and maximizing ROI
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in B2C marketing communication, with a focus on the China market and integrated marketing communications
- Deep local market and consumer insight, preferable on outdoor, sports category experiences
- Proven experience in managing successful B2C integrated marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of Chinese digital platforms (e.g., WeChat, RED, Weibo, Douyin, Baidu) and consumer behavior
- Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools
- Ability to translate data and insight into actionable strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
