MBSE Data Steward
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or similar) OR minimum 5 years demonstrated experience with new product development data or with digitally-enabled systems engineering processes
- Recent demonstrated experience managing and analyzing data to support new product development metrics while integrating with or supporting tools/platforms and technology processes including integration with other related systems
- Prior experience executing data governance processes to make decisions, identify risks, and drive issues to resolution while aligning to Enterprise (corporate) and MPD (divisional) goals & objectives
- Demonstrated ability in requirements gathering, mapping data across business processes/workflows and aligning to system capabilities
- Demonstrated ability and aptitude to think analytically, problem solve and perform detail-oriented work
- Demonstrated ability to drive projects to business decisions, influence broadly, work through ambiguity, understand varied audiences, and craft appropriate oral and written communication
- Demonstrated ability to be self-driven and effectively prioritize and execute tasks with appropriate sense of urgency, to meet timelines
- Demonstrated experience developing technical documentation for training and support procedures
- Ability to travel 10% of the time
Desired Qualifications:
- Prior experience in PLM, ERP, SAP, MES, ALM, Salesforce and/or Collibra applications
- Prior experience with MBSE data modeling
- Prior experience with business process or process improvement mapping, with knowledge of business process classification frameworks, theories, principles, and practices using Visio or ARIS
