About the Role: We are looking for an Operations Support Manager to join our team.  In this role, you will be involved in some of the functions include Customer Service, Tender Administration, Inside Sales, Channel Management, Contracts & Documentations, and Congress & Events. You will work closely with the Regional Operations Leader as well as relevant functional associates in coming up with the processes and service levels in enabling the sales process. 

 

This role will be located at our facility in Mumbai, India.

  

Responsibilities: 

  • Your main focus will be on India
  • Be involved in setting up the processes and service levels to ensure smooth and effective sales processes
  • Be involved in creating consistency and streamlining of the processes as well as be involved in resource planning to support Sales
  • Be expected to continuously improve the efficiency of the support processes – leading to a better efficiency and enhanced quality of our services as perceived by our customers
  • Work with cross functional and regional teams to positively influence and implement changes that increase efficiencies of Associates or processes and increase customer satisfaction
  • Perform additional ad hoc support requests as required
   

Required Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent with Medical background or understanding of regulated market
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships
  • Proven competence to achieve results accurately and within required time frames
  • Strong negotiation, verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Ability to read, understand and work with complex contracts and contract principles
  • Ability to derive hypothetical risk scenarios from proposed business transactions; ability to articulate the same
  • Ability to function independently and in a self-directed manner, while at the same time within a highly cooperative team environment
  • Proven ability to take initiative and judge situations effectively
  • Ability to travel approximately 30%
