Process Engineer – Cable Assembly Manufacturing (f/m/d)

Required Qualifications:

• Degree in manufacturing, mechanical, mechatronic, electrical, or similar engineering discipline
• Experience in the field of cable, cable assembly and fibre optic assembly and or subsea cabling production
• Demonstrated ability to apply engineering fundamentals including validation and statistical tools for development, optimization, and troubleshooting activities
• Conceptual thinker, ability to identify critical issues and failure modes, including analytics, underlying root cause, and take appropriate methodical actions to address
• Proven desire to work in a hands-on manufacturing environment
• Proven capability to plan and lead multiple projects from development to completion while meeting timelines and deliverables
• Flexible team player who effectively communicates and documents technical information and data

Desired Qualifications: 

• Experience with AutoCAD/Inventor 3D/SolidWorks
• Awareness of AS9100 and AS9145
• Strategic growth mindset with the ability to identify and drive new projects and concepts
