Procurement Operations Specialist

Required Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Engineering, Business or Operations with at least 5 years of experience in supplier relationship management OR a minimum of 5 years experience in purchasing
• Experience with supplier relationship management establishing expectations, fairly addressing performance or quality issues, and holding others accountable
• Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven negotiation skills
• Proven ability to effectively work cross functionally
• Ability to work independently and manage ambiguity
• Ability to travel locally up to 10%.

Desired Qualifications: 

• Project management experience
• Experience in SAP
• Experience in Chemicals Purchasing
