About the Role:  We are looking for an Indirect Procurement Program Administrator (Travel, Credit Card, Fleet) to join our team. In this role, you will work with the global Program Manager (Travel/Fleet/Credit Card) to administer corporate travel and credit card programs, ensuring alignment with company policies and goals. This role oversees day-to-day operations, resolves employee inquiries, and collaborates with internal departments and external vendors to maintain program efficiency and compliance.

 

This position will be located at our facility in Newark, Delaware, with the possibility of a hybrid remote work arrangement, depending upon the responsibilities of the role and business needs.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Corporate Travel program by monitoring compliance with travel policies and address violations, resolving employee travel escalations, managing unused ticket tracking and utilization, and providing first-level support for Concur Travel platform
  • Administer Credit Card (Travel & Entertainment and P-Card) program by handling card issuance, cancellations, and controls; resolve employee card escalations; and review transactions to ensure policy compliance and detect fraud
  • Manage Vendor Relationships by acting as a liaison with travel vendors and credit card providers, evaluate vendor performance, and address disputes professionally
  • Support reporting and data analysis requirements in a timely manner
  • Support all programs by Maintaining SharePoint content, including updates and news articles; conduct associate training, and attend supplier meetings
  • Participate in development and execution of program strategies by collaborating with Program Lead, Indirect leadership, and Finance leadership in alignment with Operating Company and Enterprise goals
  • Manage Key stakeholder relationships while ensuring business requirement are met
  • Utilize available market intelligence information to identify opportunities and guide program activities
  • Collaborate with the Indirect Procurement and key finance associates across the Enterprise and Specialty Groups
 

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of recent experience in travel management, credit card administration, fleet administration or related fields
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), including Sharepoint, Powerpoint
  • Attention to detail and analytical ability
  • Ensure accuracy in managing travel and financial transactions
  • Manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
  • Demonstrated ability to enable Change with a Growth mindset toward Industry Standard practices
  • Ability to communicate across all levels of organization
  • Ability to travel 10%

 

Desired Qualifications:

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience with travel booking platforms and corporate credit card systems preferred

 

Hybrid Working Arrangements are permitted for Associates in the continental United States (US) and Canada, with appropriate approval and compliance with Gore’s hybrid working policies, from the country in which they are employed.
