Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of associate degree in a scientific subject/or an engineering discipline with a minimum of 1 year experience working in a testing lab
  • Minimum 1 year experience working in an (IATF) International Automotive Task Force Quality Certified Business
  • Strong math skills including knowledge of basic statistics. Experience using Excel or equivalent is required
  • Demonstrated commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment
  • Ability to perform quality controlled and non-routine R&D testing with timeliness and accuracy
  • Ability to make detailed and accurate observations
  • Ability to set priorities, effectively organize, and adapt to changing work environment
  • Ability to work independently, as well as in a diverse team environment
  • Ability to effectively identify and proactively communicate results and work with the appropriate associates to resolve any issues
  • Ability to write and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Ability to travel up to 5%

 

Desired Qualifications: 

  • Familiarity with JMP application and software
  • Demonstrated mechanical aptitude such as performing simple repairs
