About the Role:  We are looking for a Record to Report (RTR) Leader to join our team.  We have embarked on an exciting and transformative journey with the global rollout of SAP S/4Hana. This project aims to harmonize and standardize our business processes across all regions, ensuring improved efficiency, enhanced data accuracy, and a unified technology platform that supports our strategic goals.

  

This position offers multiple work arrangements: on-site at our facility in Newark, Delaware, hybrid or fully remote work allowed in most locations within the United States, depending upon the responsibilities of the role and business needs.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the execution of RTR activities, ensuring alignment and synchronization across various projects that are being executed simultaneously
  • Analyze and document current RTR processes, and map them to SAP's standard best practices, evaluate the gaps between existing processes and SAP's offerings, recommending necessary customizations and enhancements
  • Lead the implementation of RTR processes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of project milestones across multiple projects
  • Collaborate with other value stream leaders to ensure integration and consistency across all business processes
  • Make crucial design decisions related to RTR processes, ensuring alignment with overall project objectives and buy in from senior stakeholders
  • Design, build and support long term sustainment organization
  • Lead, manage and mentor a team of IT analysts and process subject matter experts, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
 

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 12 years of demonstrated expertise in SAP ERP S/4Hana systems and financial accounting
  • A minimum of 5 years of proven leadership experience with international teams and successful track record of leading and managing diverse, global teams
  • Comprehensive knowledge of how various business processes interrelate within SAP (SD, MM, FICO, etc.)
  • Expertise in both internal and external financial reporting processes within the SAP range of products, along with a solid understanding of data warehouse solution
  • Familiarity with agile project management principles and practices
  • Ability to travel 25%

 

Remote Working Arrangements are permitted for Associates in the continental United States (US) and Canada, with appropriate approval and compliance with Gore’s remote working policies, from the country in which they are employed. ​For fully remote roles, the following locations are not eligible for new fully remote work arrangements: Alaska and Hawaii (for all roles), and Rhode Island (for wage/hourly roles only).
