About the Role: We are looking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Leader to develop Gore Medical business in new geographic (India). This position is to responsible for the Sales Leadership for Gore Medical Products distribution and selling in India.

  

This role will be located in Mumbai or New Delhi, India.

  

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and execute INDIA sales strategy aligned with Global Business Unit and regional strategic plan. Develop and communicate country level strategy and clearly communicate to key stakeholders
  • Review, drive and manage effective sales channel and facilitating process with Operations, Tender, Reimbursement, Channel team, etc. 
  • Be accountable for meeting or exceeding the sales forecast, running a profitable territory business
  • Be accountable for developing and networking with key opinion leaders and ensure that key account plans are actively pursued
  • Be accountable for determining sales channels and facilitating this process with local teams
  • Implement customer segmentation strategy
  • Maintain proper relationship with key congresses
  • Develop and execute on New Business initiatives 
  • Maintain level of knowledge in appropriate areas including clinical and technical benefits of Gore portfolio relative to the competitive landscape
  • Lead recruitment for new sales associates and ensure each new recruit is thoroughly and professionally onboarded and trained
  • Ensure company compliance standards and country legal requirements are followed across the team
  • Establishes clear expectations of equitable and inclusive behaviors from Associates and acts immediately to appropriately address negatively impactful or unfair behavior

      

Required Qualifications: 

  • Minimum 8 years of medical device experience with minimum 5 year experience in leading a team of sales representatives
  • Proven team development and coaching experience
  • Proven in-direct sales channel management experience
  • Demonstrated experience in creating and maintaining an inclusive work environment with clear understanding of equitable practices
  • Proven key account management experience and product launch
  • Extensive India market knowledge
  • Ability to travel 50%
