About the Role: We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist (f/m/d) to join our Medical Product team in Europe who will provide internal sales support and partner with Field Sales associates and other account/business team members to meet customer needs and achieve desired business outcomes while delivering a positive customer experience.

 

This position will be located at our facility in Paris, France, with work from home days possible as part of a hybrid arrangement, depending upon the responsibilities of the role and business needs.

 
Responsibilities: 
  • Proactively engage and partner primarily with the Field Sales Organization to enable sales and meet customer needs
  • Provide an excellent customer experience and develop strong working relationships with both internal and external customers (i.e. Health Care Professionals, Sales Leaders, Field Sales Associates, Clinical Associates)
  • Perform an extensive array of sales support tasks and activities (examples: manage customer mailings, organize internal meetings, create, and administer consignment contracts and price lists, attend to incoming calls and email requests)
  • Generate, proofread, and distribute correspondence to internal and external customers following established guidelines of the mailing and translation processes
  • Proactively identify solutions to non-standard requests and participate in process improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate and clearly communicate complex information between diverse individuals or teams
  • Utilize resources effectively and efficiently
  • Demonstrate accuracy in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of customer service, professionalism, and attention to detail
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and policies
  • Support other Sales Support related activities, processes or capabilities as assigned

 

 

Required Qualifications: 

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a customer facing role
  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office Suite as well as other data management systems
  • Self-directed and motivated with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Service orientated and proactive mindset
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Excellent phone skills and business professionalism
  • Ability and willingness to quickly adopt and implement new tools, process, or technology to improve work efficiency
  • Ability to effectively communicate (both written and verbal) and collaborate with a diverse range of people and job functions
  • Ability to coordinate, prioritize, and solve problems
  • Fluent – both written and oral in French and English

 

Desired Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree and /or equivalent business experience
  • Experience with Salesforce.com
  • Experience in the medical device industry
