Required Qualifications: 

  • Strong Leadership Skills with 10+ years of progressive SAP implementation leadership experience and 6+ years of S/4 implementation experience
  • Demonstrated experience defining integration frameworks as well as managing the execution of the integrations process
  • Team lead or Managerial experience leading SAP teams
  • Recent experience implementing the Integration Suite as a part of the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)—including deep knowledge of the technical architecture
  • Demonstrated experience in creating and maintaining an inclusive work environment with clear understanding of equitable practices
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA integration and ETL solutions such as SAP Migration Cockpit (MC), SAP Rapid Data Migration (RDM), SAP Data Service, SAP SLT, etc
  • Familiarity with SAP Cloud Foundry, SAP Build Work Zone, SAP ABAP BTP, Cloud Application Programming Models (including RESTful ABAP Programming Model 5), as well as familiarity with working with Odata and CDS views for data integration with Fiori portals and Azure Cloud Analytics
  • Must be outgoing and confident
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills including direct experience with creating presentations for complex SAP design topics
  • Ability to travel up to 15%

 

Desired Qualifications: 

  • Experience working closely with global IT and business teams is a strong positive
  • Direct S/4 project experience is a strong positive
  • Experience with Manufacturing, Medical Devices, Life Sciences industry is a strong positive
