Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related discipline AND a minimum of 5 years experience in an Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering role
- Hands-on experience driving structured problem solving and process improvements in a manufacturing environment using formal methodologies and tools
- Knowledge of and experience applying Lean manufacturing principles and tools to drive out waste, reduce inefficiency, and standardize work and flow
- Solid knowledge of Industrial Engineering fundamentals
- Experience performing simulation analysis
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize, initiate, drive to completion, and concurrently manage multiple projects
- Ability to create and work from Engineering drawings, including work cell layouts
- Ability to successfully interact with cross-functional teams, communicate effectively, and influence others as well as work independently
- Ability to travel up to 5%
Desired Qualifications:
- Class II or Class III medical device or biopharmaceutical manufacturing experience
- Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt Certification
