Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Experiential Design, Interior Design, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a designer with a strong portfolio showcasing successful retail projects and/or brand activations 
  • Minimum 5 years of experience leading internal and contract creatives 
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, or similar tools
  • Strong understanding of spatial design principles, retail architecture, and visual merchandising
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Versatile and innovative problem solver with a proven track record of delivering successful initiatives on time, on budget, and in alignment with strategic goals
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams, leadership, and retail partners
  • Familiarity with fabrication processes and materials used in retail environments
  • Travel up to 25%

  

Hybrid Working Arrangements are permitted for Associates in the continental United States (US) and Canada, with appropriate approval and compliance with Gore’s hybrid working policies, from the country in which they are employed.
