SITKA® Gear eCommerce Leader
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 10 years of experience as an e-commerce leader
- Minimum 5 years with a +$200M B2C and B2B premium consumer apparel or footwear brand
- Experience in KPI setting and tracking, dashboard creation, customer data, web analytics, performance digital marketing analytics, customer segmentation, and testing/optimization techniques with the ability to extract insights from data and KPIs
- Experience developing innovative strategic plans, website roadmaps, and quantitative business cases to drive the prioritization of investments while applying pragmatic solutions to execution and delivering results
- Proven experience optimizing the customer journey on-site including new merchandising functionality, content presentation, landing page optimization, sort, filter, and navigation for an apparel or footwear brand
- Strong online merchandising skills, as well as proven proficiency in content management, user experience design, usability best practices, and search engine optimizations for an apparel or footwear brand
- Ability to drive sales to meet or exceed P&L goals while maintaining a high-end brand experience
- Ability to work across functions and teams to catalyze change in a positive, collaborative, and transparent way and providing coaching to support development
- Ability to travel up to 25%
