SITKA® Junior Creative Director

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
  
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience as an Art Director in a $200M consumer brand 
  
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading internal and contract creatives 
  
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of successful projects across various mediums and multi-channel platforms
  
• In-depth understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory with proficiency in industry-standard design software and tools
  
• Continuous learning mindset with a commitment to staying updated on design trends and technological advancements across diverse channels and mediums.
  
• Versatile and innovative problem solver with a proven track record of delivering successful initiatives on time, on budget, and in alignment with strategic goals.
  
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams, leadership, and retail 
  
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  
• Travel up to 10%
