Required Qualifications: 

  • Minimum of 3 years Merchandise Planning experience with a multi-store brand or retailer
  • Minimum of 2 years managing Merchsandise Plans for 20+ Doors
  • Experience maintaining positive working relationships with Retail Merchandiser, Retail Leader, Retail Inventory Manager, and Store Managers to build store-level sales plans aligned with merchandising strategies and company initiative
  • Experience creating and implementing solutions to unanticipated changes or challenges
  • Experience maintaining accurate sales plans for 2000+ skus
  • Strong and effective analytical, interpersonal communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Proven ability to analyze large amounts of data, identify trends in the data and effectively communicate opportunity to leadership
  • Proficient in Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to travel up to 10%

 

To minimize disruption to the business, while supporting growth and development, Associates are expected to fulfill a minimum of 2 years in commitment before applying to another internal commitment. Any exceptions to this policy must be approved.

 

Hybrid Working Arrangements are permitted for Associates in the continental United States (US) and Canada, with appropriate approval and compliance with Gore’s hybrid working policies, from the country in which they are employed.
