Strategic Marketer / Product Manager - General Surgery EMEA
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related discipline
- Experience in Strategic Marketing or Product Management in the bariatric surgery market, with knowledge of other Minimally Invasive General Surgery procedures such as laparoscopic ventral and hiatal hernia
- Proven experience in developing and executing commercial strategic plans to capitalize on revenue generating opportunities
- Demonstrated success influencing and integrating within and across teams and functions to execute against strategic plans
- Strong written and verbal communication in English and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive market assessments and uncover market insights and trends
- Demonstrated ability to partner with the sales organization and functional business partners to drive profitable revenue growth
- Proven ability to build relationships with clinical customers, in particular key physician thought leaders
- Ability to travel overnight (travel frequency will vary throughout the year, however maximum would be ~50%)
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in measuring ROI for marketing investments
- Prior experience in the bariatric surgery market across EMEA
- Fluent (written and verbal) in Spanish and/or Italian and/or French
