Sustainability Specialist (f/m/d) – Reporting and Disclosures
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in technical, environmental, sustainability, business analytics, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience, with minimum 1 year in sustainability or regulatory analysis/reporting
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to contribute to a team environment
- Ability to develop, execute, and maintain processes
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fluid environment
- Ability to travel 10-15%
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience using LCA software, such as SimaPro, OpenLCA, or Sphera
- Knowledge of relevant GHG standards (GHG Protocol, SBTi) and sustainability/ESG reporting frameworks (GRI, SASB, CDP, TCFD, etc.)
