Required Qualifications: 

  • Bachelors’ degree in Computer Science or a minimum of 10 years experience in system design and software development life cycle
  • Minimum of 10 years of leading teams with at least 5 years of architecting, planning, and leading teams to implement direct to consumer-based solutions for large consumer businesses
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in implementing direct to consumer and “B2C” Ecommerce platforms and supporting digital marketing capabilities
  • Demonstrated experience with at least two of the following: AWS, Vercel, Headless Ecomm, Big Commerce, Klaviyo, SAP B1, Adyen, Adobe Digital Asset Management, Salsify, Shopify
  • Demonstrated experience in ecommerce technologies and digital marketing, especially in experience management, headless ecommerce, product information management (PIM), digital asset management (DAM), marketing automation, and operational reporting and analytics
  • Experience working in agile methodologies and scrum framework
  • Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into priorities/goals, drive performance and engagement through coaching and feedback, measures outcomes and hold others accountable for results
  • Ability to travel 10%

  • Experience with Shopify, AWS, Vercel, Headless Ecomm, Big Commerce, Klaviyo, SAP B1, Adyen, Adobe Experience Manager Digital Asset Management, Salsify
