2024 Engineering Summer Internships
Required Job Qualifications
- Enrollment in an ABET accredited B.S. or M.S. degree program in one of the following areas: Bio/Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials (or Polymer) Science, Mechanical Engineering or technical majors in related disciplines with transferable knowledge and experience
- Successful completion of at least the sophomore year of college prior to start of internship and continued pursuit of degree in the fall
- Ability to commit to a (minimum) 10-week summer internship
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for digging into technical projects and successfully applying engineering fundamentals
- Demonstrated technical curiosity and initiative that leads to deeper understanding
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to an inclusive environment and effectively collaborate with others to solve problems
- Evidence of hands-on approach and good judgment to work through ambiguity and challenges
- Demonstrated ability to be an active learner
