Required Qualifications: 

  • B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Science PLUS at least 3 years industrial experience in fuel cell/electrolysis engineering or electrochemistry – OR – PhD in Fuel Cells/Electrolysis or Electrochemistry
  • Strong technical acumen with ability to interface with leading research scientists
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and collaborate with internal and external customers globally
  • Self-directed and self-motivated to work at a demanding environment
  • Strong organizational skills with a proven track record of prioritizing and problem solving as well as a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and German
  • Ability to travel up to 25% internationally

 

Desired Qualifications: 

  • Subject matter expertise and experience in clean energy ecosystem, hydrogen production, and electrolysis
  • Experience working as an Application Engineer in an emerging market
  • Experience working with global teams
