Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in social sciences or HR strongly preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years HR functional experience or equivalent demonstrated capability via experience
  • HR functional expertise in Generalist or Specialist role with 5 years of experience with workplace investigations
  • Experience with group facilitation and conflict resolution
  • Excellent coaching and mentoring skills
  • Demonstrated ability to apply HR tools and processes that are developed in the Center
  • Ability to diagnose associate relations needs to root cause, draw conclusions and influence leaders to take proposed action
  • Experience with change management, team and individual performance management and associate development processes
  • Ability to travel up to 15%

  • Demonstrates the ability to adapt to changing conditions and a track record of delivering outstanding results in new and challenging situations
  • Demonstrates Gore’s guiding principles and fosters an environment of inclusion, authenticity and humility
  • Communicates directly and effectively with associates to resolve challenges regardless of their role or difference of opinion
